Zuvo is not medical advice
Zuvo is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Insights, reminders and chat replies, including those generated by AI, are general information and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medication or treatment, and never delay or ignore medical advice because of something in Zuvo. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@zuvofit.ai if you think your account has been compromised.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Zuvo for your own non-commercial wellness purposes. You agree not to:
Some features use artificial intelligence provided by third parties to generate replies, recognise photos and documents, and suggest actions. AI output can be wrong, out of date or not suited to you. Check anything important with a professional. When you use these features, the content of your request is sent to an AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the information, photos and documents you add to Zuvo (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to provide and improve Zuvo for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Zuvo may award in-app points or badges (such as Hearts) for activity. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not entitle you to discounts or other benefits unless we expressly offer one in the app at the time, on the terms stated there. We may change or end the rewards programme.
Zuvo can connect to Apple Health and other services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for the data they provide.
Zuvo, including its software, design, content, name and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 2.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuvo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that Zuvo will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Zuvo. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zuvo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Zuvo in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of Zuvo, to the extent permitted by law.
You can stop using Zuvo and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in iOS Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering Zuvo, and we will give notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in Canada or elsewhere outside the United States, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Zuvo or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to Zuvo, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If Zuvo fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to US government embargo or on a US government restricted-party list. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Zuvo after that, the new terms apply.
